Abstract
This PhD project investigates the interactive visualization of brain connectivity using different data sources (anatomical connectivity, functional connectivity) using interactive visualization and machine learning approaches. The PhD student will collaborate with domain experts and is expected to develop and evaluate a visualization tool that can be used by the domain experts.
Context
Neurosciences, brain connectivity
Objectives
  • creation of new visualization techniques
  • exploration of interaction concepts for visualization
  • use of machine learning
  • development of an interactive data exploration tool
Work program
Extra information
Prerequisite
  • background in computer graphics, visualization, and human-computer interaction
  • good coding skills
  • ability to communicate and write in English
  • interest in working with domain scientists
